Caramel Pecan Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecan prices
  • Rhodes frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • I 4.75 oz box of cook and serve vanilla pudding.
  • Cinnamon
  • Small amount of shortening

Preparation

Step 1

Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish with a little shortening
Sprinkle pecans on bottom of the pan.
Place frozen dinner rolls in the pan 3 across and 5 down. Total of 15
Pour the pox of dry pudding mix evenly over the frozen rolls.
In a small sauce pan, melt butter and add brown sugar, bring to boil stirring
constantly. Remove from heat and pour over rolls evenly.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Spray a piece of plastic wrap with cooking spray
And cover rolls,
Then cover with a clean kitchen towel
Let this sit on your counter overnight.
In the morning preheat over to 350 degrees
Remove towel and plastic and bake about 20 minutes..
Or until golden brown...
