Ingredients
- 2 (8 count) boxes of Rice Krispie Treats
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8-10 ounce milk chocolate bar
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 (11.4 oz) bag of plain m&m’s
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Preparation
Step 1
Pour 1 cup of m&m’s into a plastic baggie. Using a rolling pin crush the m&m’s so that they are in chunks instead of whole pieces. Pour into a small bowl.
Melt your milk chocolate bar and coconut oil in a small sauce pan over low heat until completely smooth.
Remove your Rice Krispies Treats from their bags and cut the 4 corners off of them
Using your fingers smooth the cut edges and create an “egg shape”.
Spread about ½ - 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter on each egg.
Dunk the peanut butter side of the egg in your melted chocolate. While the chocolate is still warm dunk it in your crushed m&m’s.
Place on a plate and put into the freezer for about 10 minutes so that the chocolate can set up.
Remove from the freezer and enjoy!
