Ooey-Gooey Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 package devils food cake mix
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten
  • 7 ounces marshmallow cream
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 350.

2. Combien 1/4 cup milk and butter-egg white. Batter will be stiff. Press 2/3 into bottom of sprayed 9x13" pan using floured hands (layer will be thin). Bake 10 mins.

3. Combine 1/2 cup milk and marshmallow creme. Stir in chips. Spread over brownies. Carefully drop remaining batter by spoonfuls on top.

4. Bake 30 mins. Cool completely in pan on rack.
