Ingredients

    15 ounce can chickpeas, rinsed

  • 1/4

    cup tahini

  • 1/4

    cup fresh lemon juice

  • 2

    TBSP EVOO

  • 1

    large clove garlic

  • Stir in: 1 tsp toasted sesame oil

  • Top with: Sesame seeds, sliced scallions, chopped cilantro

Directions

In a food processor, blend the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and 1/2 cup water until smooth; season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in toasted sesame oil. Top with: Sesame seeds, sliced scallions, chopped cilantro.
