Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 1 can tropical fruit cocktail (or plain)
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped and seasoned to taste with sugar and vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Drain the fruit very well.

In a large bowl mix the fruit, sour cream, coconut and marshmallows. Fold in the whipped cream.


Serves: 8.
