Best cooked in a glass pie dish. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, flour, sugar, coconut, and milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake 30 minutes at 375, then 25 to 30 minutes at 325 degrees, until mostly firm (will jiggle a little in the center). Cover the edge of the crust with tin foil for the first 40 minutes to keep crust edge from getting too dark.
