Ingredients
- 1 C flou
- 3/4 C confectioners' sugar
- 1 stick (4oz) chilled salted butter - diced
- 1/4 C minced crystallized ginger
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground ginger
Preparation
Step 1
In food processor, pulse all ingredients until clumps form.
Roll into 1-in. balls.
Place on 2 parchment-lined baking sheets
press into 2" rounds
bake 350 until golden - 12 min.
