Parmesan Baked Red Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 Tablespoon butter
- 4 Tablespons grated parmesan cheese
- 8 medium unpeeled red potatoes halved lengthwise

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400@. Place butter in a 9x13" pan and place pan in oven to melt butter. When melted sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese. Place potatoes with cut side down over cheese. Bake uncovered at 400@ for 40-45 minutes or until tender. When tender using a spatula reach under potato and turn in pan and shake to cover with butter in pan.
Let sit 5-10 minutes before serving.
Should be brown and crusty on bottom.
