Ingredients
- 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek-style yogurt
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp evoo
- 1 tbsp low sodium vegetable broth
- 20 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley
- leaves from 5 sprigs fresh oregano
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt, divided
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients into a food processor fitted with a standard blade. Process to form a pesto-like sauce, scraping down the bowl as necessary.
