Creamy Dill Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 15 ounce can chickpeas, rinsed
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 TBSP EVOO
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • Stir in: 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • Top with: Lemon Zest, Chooped fresh Dill, EVOO, Coarse Salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor, blend the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and 1/2 cup water until smooth; season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in Greek Yogurt. Top with: Lemon Zest, Chooped fresh Dill, EVOO, Coarse Salt.
