Curried Buttermilk Marinade

  • Curried Buttermilk
  • 2 c low fat buttermilk
  • 2 T curry powder
  • 2 t fine sea salt
  • 1 t ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl whisk ingredients. Store in an airtight container in fridge for up to several days. Use it to marinate pork, chicken, seafood or vegetables.
