Mac and Chicken Cheesy Soup

Notes: Can use rotisserie chicken.
Taste the soup before adding the Velveeta cheese and see which way tastes best.

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 16 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 16 oz pkg Velveeta, cubed
- 20 oz pkg frozen macaroni and cheese
- Rice
Preparation
Step 1
In slow cooker, combine chicken broth, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and cooked chicken.
Cook on low setting 4 hours.
Add macaroni and cheese.
Add cheese.
Cook on low 2 additional hours, or until cheese melts and soup is thoroughly heated.
Good served over rice.
