Ingredients
- 1 pkg Lemon Jello
- 1 c boiling water
- 3 T lemon juice
- 8 oz evaporated milk
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Chill milk for at least One Hour.
Mix jello with boiling water and lemon juice.
Chill One Hour.
Beat cold milk until peaks form.
Beat craam cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Add Jello miixture and stir.
Fold in beaten milk.
Cover and chill for several hours or overnight.
