PINEAPPPLE CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 2-20 oz cans crushed pineapple, drained and
  • reserve
  • 6 oz of juice
  • 6 T flour
  • 1 c sugar
  • 6 T pineapple juice
  • ~~~
  • 30 Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 c melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together flour , sugar and pineapple juice.
Add crushed pineapple.
Pat into a 9x9 pan
Mix Crushed cracker with butter.
Put crumbs on top of Pineapple
Bake 350*
