Bechamel Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 cup Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • Pinch of Nutmeg
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in sauce pan and add flour. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add heavy cream and Parm. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add pinch of nutmeg.
