  • 2 C (500 ml) low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) Epicure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 medium bananas, cut into chunks
  • 1 C (250 ml) frozen berries – your choice
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) orange juice

1. In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and frothy.
2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
