- Ingredients for the No-Bake Almond Butter Cookies:
- Prep Time: 5 minutes | Freeze time: 30 minutes
- 3/4 cup almond butter flour
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons date syrup (or honey)
- 1 tablespoon almond milk (or water)
- sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
Simply mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. If you have time, let the dough set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to harded. Then scoop out a teaspoon amount of the dough and roll into a ball with your hands. Use the back end of a fork to press the cookie ball down into a flat circle. Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy! Store in the refrigerator to keep fresh and delicious.
