Ingredients
- Chicken Breasts
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
- 3 TBS Butter
- 1/2 Small onion, chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- Juice and Zest of 1 Lemon
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/3 C Chicken Broth
- 4 TBS Cream
Preparation
Step 1
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika. Add oil and chicken to Instant Pot and brown each side for about 3 minutes. Remove chicken. Add butter, garlic and onion and saute. Add lemon juice, Italian Seasoning, broth and zest. Return chicken to IP. Pressure cook for 7 minutes.
Release for 2 minutes, remove chicken. Add 1 TBS cornstarch and cream. Saute until thick and return chicken to sauce.
