Ingredients
- 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 1 1/2 TB cornstarch
- 2 beaten eggs
- cinnamon
- dot with butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter. Place in 375 degree oven until it bubbles; then bake for 1/2 hr.
