Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Ingredients
- 3 cups whole-wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 1 cup raisins

Step 1
Mix flour, cinnamon, and salt together
Mix warm water, yeast, 1/4 butter and 1/4 olive oil and honey in another bowl
Stir occasionally for 8 minutes
Add about 1/2 the flour mixture and mix for 2-4 minutes.
Add the remaining flour mixture and mix for 2-4 more minutes.
Mix in raisins.
Grease a big bowl with olive oil, put dough ball in, cover and let rise in OFF microwave for 45 min.
Roll dough around and place in loaf pan to rise in microwave for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375 and bake for 40 minutes.
