Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs large shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoon garlic powder (or 3 cloves garlic)
  • cilantro
  • 2 cups chick peas
  • 1 red pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/8 to 1/4 cup sriracha sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix together all ingredients excpet peas and pepper. Let marinate.

2. Fry veggies and add mixture of shrimp and marinade let fry for 8 minutes until shrimp is pink. Serve over rice with extra cilantro for garnish.
