Ingredients
- 2 lbs large shrimp
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1.5 teaspoon garlic powder (or 3 cloves garlic)
- cilantro
- 2 cups chick peas
- 1 red pepper
- salt and pepper
- 1/8 to 1/4 cup sriracha sauce

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix together all ingredients excpet peas and pepper. Let marinate.
2. Fry veggies and add mixture of shrimp and marinade let fry for 8 minutes until shrimp is pink. Serve over rice with extra cilantro for garnish.
