Chili for 11

Shelley's new favorite chili

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 3 cans red gold chili beans
  • 3 diced onions
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 dried peppers

Preparation

Step 1

Saute meat and onions.
Drain the meat and onion grease.
Add beans.
Add tomato sauce.
Add minced garlic.
Add 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper and all remaining spices.
Add 1 peeled potato (whole)
Bring to a boil and then cook over low heat for 1 to 2 hours.
