Instant Pot Small Potatoes

You can use any amount of small potatoes, the cooking time remains the same and quantity of water stays at 1 cup.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 lbs small potatoes
  • 4 tbsp butter, cut into pieces (optional)
  • ½ bunch dill or parsley, finely chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Put water and small potatoes in the Instant Pot. Close the lid and turn the valve to a Sealing position.
Press the "Pressure Cook" or "Manual" button and set the time to 8 minutes on High pressure. When it's done cooking, quick release (QR) the steam.
Add butter, dill and salt and pepper to taste.
