Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/2 c soft butter
- 1/2 c soft margarine (i use butter for both)
- 2 c flour
- 1 1/2 c powdered sugar
- dash of salt
- Filling:
- 2 c sugar
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c lemon juice
- 4 beaten eggs

Step 1
Combine butter, margarine, four, powdered sugar, and salt until crumbly. Pat into 9x13 pan. (I never use all of it?) Bake at 350 for 15 min.
Filling: Combine sugar, flour, eggs, and lemon juice. Pour filling over baked crust and return to oven at 350 until done.
Sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar as soon as it comes out of oven. When it is cool, cut into squares to serve.
