Ingredients
- 4 bone-in ribeye steaks
- 3 cups BBQ sauce
- 1/2 package onion soup mix
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 Tbs. kosher salt
Preparation
Step 1
Sear the meat in a skillet until it’s browned and crispy all over, but still pink in the middle. Coat a casserole dish with cooking spray and put the steaks in. Sprinkle with seasonings and then put the rest of the ingredients in the casserole dish.
Cook at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables soft.
