Ingredients
- 1 TABLESPOON BROWN SUGAR
- 1 TEASPOON HONEY
- 2 TEASPOONS BUTTER
- 2 TABLESPOONS DIJON MUSTARD
- 1 TABLESPOON SOY SAUCE
- 1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
- 2 TEASPOONS GRATED GINGER ROOT
Preparation
Step 1
IN A SMALL SAUTE PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT, MELT THE BROWN SUGAR WITH THE HONEY AND BUTTER. REMOVE FROM THE HEAT AND WHISK IN THE MUSTARD SOY SAUCE, OLIVE OIL AND GINGER. BASTE OVER SALMON WHILE COOKING
