PUMPKIN BREAD

Ingredients

  • 1/2 CUP OIL
  • 2 EGGS
  • 1/3 CUP WATER
  • 1 CUP CANNED PUMPKIN
  • 1-2/3 CUPS FLOUR
  • 1-1/4 CUPS SUGAR
  • 1/2 CUP NUTS (WALNUTS)
  • 1 TEASPOON SODA
  • 1/2 TEASPOON CINNAMON
  • 1/2 TEASPOON NUTMEG
  • 1/2 TEASPOON SALT

Preparation

Step 1

COMBINE OIL, EGGS, 1/3 CUPS WATER AND PUMPKIN. MIX DRY INGREDIENTS AND ADD TO FIRST MIXTURE. STIR IN NUTS. BAKE IN GREASED 9"/5"/3" PAN AT 350 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR.
