Ingredients
- 1 T brown sugar
- 2 t butter
- 1 t honey
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 T reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 - 3/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 salmon fillet 2 1/2 lbs.

Preparation
Step 1
In small pan over med heat, cook & stir the brown sugar, butter & honey until melted. Remove from heat; whisk in oil, mustard, soy sauce, salt & pepper. Cool for 5 min.
Place salmon in lg foil lined baking pan; spoon brown sugar mixture over salmon. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20-25 min until fish flakes easily with a fork.
