Ingredients
- Head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 container of spinach
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 2 avocados, cored & sliced
- 1 apple chopped,
- 2 pears, chopped
- 2 oz slivered almonds
- 3 oz feta cheese
- (Favorite dressing)
- Fresh whole grain
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all salad ingredients in a lg bowl. Serve w/
favorite dressing.
Serve w/ whole grain bread and butter.
