Cranberry Oat Scone in a Mug

Ingredients
- Topping Mix:
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1-1/2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
- 2-1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant nonfat dry milk
- 1 teaspoon egg white powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- Dash of salt
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries, finely chopped.
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar, packed
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Blend ingredients together and place in a small zipper-type bag if using at a later date or giving as a gift.
To prepare:
Place 1-1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine in a 12-ounce microwave-save mug and microwave on high power until melted (about 20 seconds).
Empty scone mix into mug.
Add 3 tablespoons water and stir with a fork until blended.
Sprinkle topping mix on top of batter and microwave on 60% power for 2 minutes.
Let stand in microwave for 2 minutes.
Remove from microwave and let stand until cool enough to eat.
Topping Mix:
Blend together.
