These are the best bon bon ribs I have ever ate. Enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbls soya sauce
  • 5 lbs spare ribs cut small
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour

Preparation

Step 1

Place spare ribs, eggs and soya sauce in a plastic sealable bag and marinate for 1 to 2 day. Mix flour and bread crumbs together and coat ribs. Deep fry until golden brown and then transfer to a 350 F oven for I hour.
