  • 2 CUPS WATER
  • 1 TABLESPOON OLD BAY SEAFOOD
  • SEASONING
  • 1 TABLESPOON VINEGAR
  • 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
  • 1 POUND FISH

Preparation

Step 1

MIX FIRST 4 INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND BRING TO A BOIL. TURN HEAT DOWN TO SIMMER AND ADD FISH. SIMMER FOR 1/2 HOUR.
FISH CAN BE FRESH OR FROZEN AND NEED NOT BE THAWED OUT FIRST.
MELT 1/4 POUND OF BUTTER FOR A DELICIOUS DIP FOR FISH.
