- 4 5OZ SALMON FILLETS, 1 INCH THICK
- 2 TABLESPOONS PURE MAPLE SYRUP
- 1 TABLESPOON OIL
- 1/3 CUP WALNUTS, CHOPPED

PREHEAT OVEN TO 450 DEGREES. PLACE FISH IN NONSTICK 3QT RECTANGULAR BAKING DISH. SPRINKLE WITH SALT AND CRACKED PEPPER, TO TASTE. DRIZZLE WITH SYRUP.
BAKE 10 TO 12 MINUTES OR UNTIL FISH FLAKES EASILY.
IN 9" SKILLET, WARM OIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT AND STIR IN WALNUTS. COOK UNTIL LIGHTLY TOASTED 45 SECONDS TO 1 MINUTE. SPOON NUTS OVER FISH.
