Chipotle Honey Lime Vinaigrette

• In a med bowl, whisk 3T lime juice, 1 minced chipotle chili in adobo sauce, 1 T of the adobo sauce., 1 1/4 t each of honey, cumin, 1/2 t minced garlic and salt.

Preparation

whisk and slowly add 1/3 c olive oil until emulsified Stir in 1 T cilantro. Triple recipe and place in mason jars.
