  • 1 POUND GROUND MEAT (BEEF OR TURKEY)
  • 1 CUP DRY BREAD CRUMBS (FINE)
  • 1/2 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
  • 1 SPRIG PARSLEY, CHOPPED
  • 1 CLOVE GARLIC, MINCED
  • 1/2 CUP MILK
  • 2 EGGS, WELL BEATEN
  • SALD AND PEPPER

Preparation

Step 1

COMBINE MEAT, CRUMBS, CHEESE, PARSLEY, GARLIC, MILK, EGGS AND SEASONINGS; MIX THROUGHLY. FORM IN BALLS AND BROWN. ADD TO SAUCE AND COOK OVER LOW HEAT.
