cookie - Cream Cheese Walnut Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, beat together butter, cream cheese and milk.
Beat in sugar and vanilla. add egg
Stir in xanthan gum.
Gradually mix in flour.
Stir in walnuts.
Drop by tablespoonful 1-inches apart on to prepared baking sheets.
Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes or until edges begin to slightly brown.
Let cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
Store in an airtight container for a couple of days.
