Seafood Alfredo Pasta Primavera

Ingredients

• 8 oz. uncooked penne pasta
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 cup diced zucchini
• 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
• 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
• 1/2 cup dry white wine
• 2 cups (16 oz.) Alfredo sauce
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Louis Kemp Crab or Lobster Delights®

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package directions. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add zucchini, mushrooms and bell pepper. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes, then add wine. Stir in Alfredo sauce and Crab or Lobster Delights. Heat until hot. Serve over cooked pasta.
