Ingredients

  • Chicken drumsticks, up to a dozen max in a 9x13 dish
  • olive oil, to coat dish
  • spices as desired
  • salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

1. In a 9x13 pan or oven ready dish, coat the bottom with a thin layer of olive oil

2. Add the drumsticks to the dish and space them so that they are not touching each other.

3. Sprinkle generously with spices. Salt, pepper, garlic granulated or powder, cayenne powder or chili powder, Fennel Powder, etc.

4. Bake at 375 degrees for a half hour. Turn the chicken drumsticks and season this side. Place back in the oven and bake for another half hour. The chicken is done at 160 degrees.
