Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 4 tsp. Cocoa
- 2 Tbs. Margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 4 Tbs. Cocoa
- 1 1/2 Cups Water

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 5 ingredients. Add margarine, vanilla, milk and nuts. Mix well. Spread evenly in 9" square baking dish. Mix topping dry ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Gently pour water over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. During baking, the top ingredients end up on the bottom.
