Apple/Pear Dessert (Needle)(Pesach)Non Geb

Ingredients

  • crumble:
  • 2 Cups potato starch
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 Cup oil
  • 1/2 Cup ground nuts
  • Filling:
  • 4 Apples
  • 4 Pears
  • 1/4 Cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix crumble ingredients together by hand.

2. thinly slice apples and pears.

3. Mix in sugar and cinnamon.

4. Pour half the crumb mixture into a 9x13 pan.

5. put the apple mixture on top of the crumbs and cover with remaining crumbs.

6. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
