  • 3 C confec sugar
  • 2/3 C Cocoa
  • 1 TB Vanilla Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 C egg whites )approx 3 but need to measure. Suggest buying egg whites in store)
  • 1 10 oz pkg choc chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

3. Mix together the first 4 ingredients. Add 2/3 of the egg whites. Add balance of the egg whites. (Mixture will be very thick).

4. Addd choc chi[s

5. Drop by spoonful onto baking sheet. (leave room as they expand). Bake 12-14 minutes. Allow to cool and place in air tight container.
