Ingredients

  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/2 t vanilla extract
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1 14 oz packagesweetened shredded coconut

Step 1

Heat oven to 325. Line to baking sheets with parchment.

Whisk together egg whites, sugar, vanilla, salt in medium bowl. Fold in coconut.

Drop mounds about 2 T each on sheets. Bake and rotate sheets halfway thru till golden brown, 20- 25 minutes.
