Ingredients
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Sticks Butter, softened
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 4 Cups + 2 tbs. Flour
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 tsp, Salt
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Cream of Tartar

Step 1
Cream eggs, oil, butter, sugar, powdered sugar and vanilla. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Drop balls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet. Take bottom of buttered glass, dip in sugar, and flatten into circles. Bake for 9-11 minutes, until cookies are just barely turning brown around the edges. Cookies are ultra crumbly.
