Anti-Pasta (Dick's Artichoke Anti-Pasta)

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces chopped, jarred marinated artichokes, drained
  • 6 ounces sliced black olives
  • 4 ounces green olives
  • 2 ounces chopped pimentos
  • 4 ounces sliced canned button mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons reserved marinade from artichokes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Drain liquid off jarred marinated artichokes reserving 2 tablespoons marinade. Chop artichokes and next 4 ingredients. Add to serving bowl. Mix 2 tablelspoons reserved marinade with oregano and thyme.

Add 1/8 teas. each of these:

Marjoram dried
Rosemary dried
Savory dried
Basil dried

Mix in with rest of anti-pasta mixture.
