Ingredients
- 24 ounces chopped, jarred marinated artichokes, drained
- 6 ounces sliced black olives
- 4 ounces green olives
- 2 ounces chopped pimentos
- 4 ounces sliced canned button mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons reserved marinade from artichokes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
Preparation
Step 1
Drain liquid off jarred marinated artichokes reserving 2 tablespoons marinade. Chop artichokes and next 4 ingredients. Add to serving bowl. Mix 2 tablelspoons reserved marinade with oregano and thyme.
Add 1/8 teas. each of these:
Marjoram dried
Rosemary dried
Savory dried
Basil dried
Mix in with rest of anti-pasta mixture.
