Tortellini In Mushroom Butter
- 5 mL (3 tablespoons) butter or margarine
- 45 mL (3 tablespoons) olive oil
- 1 - 340 g (12 ounce) package Campbell's fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 10 mL (2 teaspoons) sage
- 454 g (1 pound) cheese tortellini, cooked
- 200 mL (3/4 cup) grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking time 20mins
1. Saute first five ingredients together until tender.
2. Place hot, cooked tortellini in a large serving bowl; pour mixture over top; sprinkle with cheese and toss to coat.
