Ingredients

1 quart water
2 1/2 cups sugar
3 tbsp. instant coffee
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups vodka

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water, sugar and coffee to a boil in a saucepan. Simmer VERY slowly for 3 hours. Mixture will be very dark and syrupy. Cool. Add vanilla and vodka. Makes 7 cups
