Jumbo Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Krusteaz Fat Free Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix (15.8 oz.)
  • 1 Box Jello Instant Pudding (3.4 oz.)
  • 1 1/4 Cup Water

Step 1

Mix muffin mix and dry pudding mix in a medium bowl. Set blueberries aside to use at another time. Add water and stir until well combined. The batter will be thick. Put batter into a 6-jumbo muffin pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Suggestions: Lemon pudding and 1 Tbs. poppy seeds; chocolate pudding and 1/2 cup chocolate chips or pistachio pudding and 1/2 cup chopped pistachios.
