CAMPFIRE DONUTS

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbs. cinnamon
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit, halved down the middle

Preparation

Step 1

In a large cast iron skillet over the campfire, heat oil until it bubbles. Place sugar and cinnamon in a brown lunch bag.

Poke a hole in the middle of each biscuit half. Fry until golden 3-4 minutes per side.

Drain on paper towels then add to paper bag. Shake until fully coated in cinnamon sugar.
