Ingredients
- 2 Tbs Vegetable oil
- 1 medium Onion diced
- 2 stalks Celery diced
- 1 ea. Carrot shredded
- 1 ea. Red pepper diced
- 2 ea. Jalapeno pepper diced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 lb. Ground turkey or beef
- 1 bottle Beer
- 1/2 c Tequila
- 1/2 c Coffee
- 1 can Beef broth
- 1 can (lg.) Crushed tomatoes
- 1 can Red kidney beans drained
- 1 can Black beans drained
- 3/4 c Dry roasted peanuts
- 2 Tbs Chili powder
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1 Tbs Paprika
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 can Refried beans drained (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
• Sauté Onion, Celery, Carrot, Red pepper, Jalapeno pepper and salt in Vegetable oil, till soft 5-10 minutes
• Add Garlic, cook I minute
• Add Ground turkey or beef and cook till brown
• Add Beer, Tequila, Coffee, Beef broth, Crushed tomatoes, Red kidney beans, Black beans, Dry roasted peanuts, Chili powder, Crushed red pepper, Paprika, Worcestershire sauce and Black pepper
• Simmer 2 hours, stirring occasionally
• If chili is too thin or you want extend it stir in Refried beans drained
