Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1/2 pkg dry onion soup mix
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp black pepper
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 Tbsp blue cheese
- lettuce, tomato and onion slices

Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl, combine ground beef, onion soup mix and Worcestershire sauce, mix well and form into 4 patties.
Place cracked pepper in shallow dish. Press both sides of burgers into peppers.
Heat grill to medium heat. Place burgers on grill - grill, turning once, 7-14 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Top burgers with cheese slices just before removing from grill.
Serve on buns with lettuce and tomatoes - top with blue cheese, cheddar cheese and onion.
